1.    The price quoted is pure trucking cost only and does not include any additional costs such as customs clearance, any multi-stops, dangerous goods, cooling chassis, HS-seals etc.

2.    Prices quoted are FOT (Free on Truck) basis, excluding cargo loading and unloading.

3.    Prices quoted are subject to Escort Fee (if needed)

4.    Toll and fuel charges are included in base rates. We reserve the right to implement fuel floaters on fuel when the price increases significantly.

5.    Trucking service only applies to standard containers and is subject to weight limitations. The maximum payload for all motor transportation is 24 tons per 20’ container and 30.4 tons per 40’ container. The maximum payload for live reefer is lower due to heavier chassis. The mentioned weight limitations are for German deliveries only. For other countries, lower weight limits may apply.

Loading references and necessary documentation which are needed for loading must be submitted unsolicited. Otherwise, the transport cannot be guaranteed as planned, and any related costs will charge to the customer.

9.    We shall only confirm and arrange the trucking service after receiving and verifying the business information (including detailed packing address and other information) when the requirements in clause eight are deemed fulfilled.

11.    Suppose the customer cancels any trucking services within 24 hours (or 1 working day) before the appointed pick-up time. In that case, there may be a corresponding cancellation fee, which will be charged according to the actual situation. If the cancellation occurs after the vehicle departs, then the standard trucking cancellation fee will be applicable.

12.    The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred from the delay of customs declaration if the customer or their agent arranges their own customs declarations. The same applies to delays beyond the forwarder’s control (e.g. act of god or strike).
