The E-Quote Rate Reference Number is a 15 or 19-digit number with alphabets. You can refer to this number to get a corresponding quote when booking with us. This number can be found in the quote search results and the rate sheet.

The ocean freight for E-Spot products is fixed when the order is confirmed and cannot be negotiated.
On the E-Spot order page, if there is an “Intermodal Service” option, you can tick “Outbound Intermodal Transportation Service” or “Inbound Intermodal Transportation Service” and follow the prompts to choose the relevant inland point.

The E-Spot order page will display charges, including ocean freight, ocean surcharges, origin port surcharges, and destination port surcharges. The latter is for reference only, and the actual rates are based on the OOCL official website. Charges will be fixed immediately upon order confirmation, except in special circumstances.

When the ocean freight shows “———”, it means that the product does not offer the particular container size. “***” may mean that your account has exceeded the seven-day trial period without completing verification or the size of the container is sold out.
Once the order for the E-Spot product is confirmed, the space will be locked in, and the equipment will be prioritised for you.
If the E-Spot order space is unused, there will be cancellation fee when cancelling the orders. The standard charge of cancellation fee will be displayed on the page for placing orders, and the actual amount will be viewed in Control Tower from your order records.
Bills of lading under different order numbers on FreightSmart can be combined, but FreightSmart and non-FreightSmart bills cannot be combined.
No, you cannot combine or split orders or bookings.
Currently, FreightSmart does not have an App.
FreightSmart E-Spot coupons are the exclusive benefit to offset the ocean freight of specific routes. You can find these in Coupons on your account page.
Recharging the E-Wallet does not result in an invoice; we will issue an invoice based on the actual shipping cost after the goods have been shipped out. Please note that E-Wallet is available for companies registered in Mainland China only. 
No, E-Wallet only applies to customers in Mainland China for bookings originating from Mainland China and settling in Chinese Yuan (CNY) only.

You can log in to your FreightSmart account to check your loyalty tier on the first page, or check  PlumSmart  for more information about the membership scheme.

In order to retain membership of your existing tier, or move to a higher tier, members must meet certain requirements in respect of quarterly accumulated points. The new loyalty tier will be reflected in your FreightSmart account at the beginning of January, April, July, and October. The PlumSmart membership level will be assessed and updated quarterly.

Yes, after registering a FreightSmart account and completing the MOC account binding, you can use FreightSmart more conveniently. You can click on your username in the top right corner to find the MOC Authorisation Binding option in the right-hand menu. Note that the Customer ID of the MOC account must match the Customer ID of the FreightSmart account to bind successfully.
The Company ID is an 11-digit unique number assigned to each verified company. You can find it on the first screen after logging in.

Your company can only have one primary user but can have multiple sub-users, up to 51.

Sub-users need the primary user’s authorisation to view other sub-users’ orders and bookings. You can apply to the primary user to increase your permission level. The primary user can go to AccountCompany Profile SettingSub-usersPermission Setting to modify the access levels of sub-users.

You can choose whether to receive promotional and system notifications during registration. Additionally, you can go to Account SettingsNotices → Subscription to change the types of messages you wish to receive. Note that you cannot unsubscribe from important system messages related to your bookings or account.
Yes, whether extra free time are available for purchase depends on the platform. For the origin, they can be purchased at any time from the confirmation of booking until the empty container is picked up. For destination, they can be purchased before the first leg ship begins loading.
Please visit the Control Tower for relevant operations, including submitting supplements, VGM, and other documents. You can also purchase extra free time, track cargo dynamics, and amend or cancel bookings.

To keep track of your E-Spot orders and manage them easily, navigate to the Control Tower. Here’s how:  

  1. Go to Control Tower .
  2. Tap on the Orders tab.
  3. Your list of E-Spot orders will appear. If you cannot find what you are looking for, use the filters located above the list for a targeted search. 
    For instance, apply a filter to instantly view all general container orders that are available for booking
  4. You may download a list of your orders in Excel format by clicking Export Data
