CHB service offered by OOCL Logistics is only applicable to general trade.
The quotation for CHB business in Ningbo is per document and includes basic handling charges only, up to 6 commodity names. Each booking is subject to a maximum of 50 commodity names. Extra charges are applied on each additional page.
Commodities such as but not limited to fresh foods, live animals, seeds, DG goods, waste are not supported.
Mandatory documents required for providing customs services in Ningbo:
Advance Manifest (Must show the Vessel name, voyage, Bill of Lading number, and Container Number)
Additional documents (where applicable)
Other documents required by customs
Only after receiving and verifying the commodity, business information and above-listed documents can OOCL Logistics confirm and arrange the CHB service.
For Export CHB, please make the booking request at least two working days before the terminal closing date. Necessary documentation must be submitted unsolicited. Otherwise, the CHB service cannot be guaranteed.
For Export CHB, OOCL Logistics would handle all customs clearance within the terminal closing date. Customers must advise OOCL Logistics if they need their customs cleared before the terminal closing date.
For Import CHB, customs duties, value-added tax and other taxes shall be paid by customer directly to customs.
OOCL Logistics reserves the right to dismiss any customs clearance order for causes including but not limited to the buyer being in payment default, documents missing for due and proper customs declaration and goods being described inadequately.
Customer will be responsible for all costs incurred from the delay beyond OOCL Logistics’ control (e.g., the act of God or strike); the same applies but is not limited to awaiting mandatory documents, payment, customs hold, Port Authority holds and vessel delays.

Yongzhou Terminal: CNY 500 per set per day
H986 inspection: CNY 100 per set, if container inspection occurs.
Inspection Charge: As per outlay, if applicable.
Seal Fee: CNY 100, if container inspection occurs.
