The displayed Freight Rates include the ocean base rate per container and, if Carrier Haulage is selected, the outbound and inbound inland haulage tariff per container in the respective currency. Rates for surcharges and applicable surcharges will be shown on the Review Quote page.

The displayed Freight Rates, Surcharges, and Fees are for reference only and do not constitute a binding agreement with OOCL for the provision of carriage services. These rates are at the maximum levels and may change without notice unless specified. All rates are governed by the terms and conditions of the prevailing tariffs on the OOCL website at the time of ordering.

Rates and surcharges may include insurance, customs clearance, bond fees, taxes, and other applicable fees. Additional surcharges may apply for your requested changes, extra services, contingency charges, local surcharges, or extraordinary conditions beyond our control, as per the carrier’s prevailing tariffs on the OOCL website at the time of shipping.

Unless specified, bookings are subject to the ship operator's acceptance and the availability of equipment, service loops, and vessel space. All transactions are undertaken in accordance with the carrier’s Bills of Lading terms on the OOCL website. OOCL and carrier definitions are in the OOCL Bill of Lading.
