Additional Service in E-Spot

Reefer Data Download (also known as RDS) provides a PDF report containing temperature records captured by the reefer unit during transport. Add the service when submitting a FreightSmart reefer E-Spot order and receive the report upon the completion of the shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Reefer Data Download is an Additional Service available with E-Spot. It provides a PDF report of the available temperature data, including the set temperature, output temperature, and room temperature recorded by the reefer unit during transport. 
You can select the Reefer Data Download service when creating your E-Spot order.
The service applies to all containers in the E-Spot order. If you only require it for selected containers, create a separate E-Spot order for those containers. The service charge is calculated per container and applies to every container in the order.
The service is available for all OOCL reefer containers on any routes, subject to equipment availability.
Our customer service team will email you the PDF report after the shipment arrives at its destination.
