When creating an E-Spot order in FreightSmart, you can add optional Additional Services to meet your shipment needs. You can choose a Smart Combo that already includes Additional Services or add individual services to an eligible E-Spot quotation.

Choose a Smart Combo

Smart Combo is a bundled quotation that includes one or more Additional Services. It is available for selected quotations only.

1. In Search Results, find an E-Spot quotation labelled with Additional Services icons.
2. Review the quotation details, then select Select.
3. Review the included Additional Services, terms and conditions, and any applicable notices.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to create and submit your E-Spot order.

Add individual Additional Services

You can add one or more available Additional Services when creating an E-Spot order. If a service is already included in your Smart Combo, you cannot add the same service separately.

1. In Search Results, select an E-Spot quotation.
2. Review the quotation details, then select Select.
3. Under Additional Services, select Add for each service you want to include.
4. Review the included Additional Services, terms and conditions, and any applicable notices.

Change Additional Services after submitting an order

After submitting an E-Spot order, you cannot add or remove an Additional Service individually. Additional Services included in a Smart Combo also cannot be removed separately, except for E-Customs Solution.

If you need to change the Additional Services, you may need to cancel the entire E-Spot order and create a new one. Cancellation fees may apply under the applicable E-Spot cancellation terms, and any new order is subject to space availability.
