Extending free time (previously shown as Purchase Extra D&D) allows you to extend detention and/or demurrage free time for current E-Spot or E-Quote bookings.

Before you start

• Free time extension option should be available for your E-Spot or E-Quote quotation
• You have received the booking confirmation for your E-Spot or E-Quote order.

Extend free time

Book in Additional Service 

1. Go to Additional Service from the menu bar.
2. In the Extend Free Time section, enter your Booking Number, then click Search.
3. Choose whether you want to extend free time for Origin or Destination.
4. Select the number of days you want.
5. Review the charges shown in the summary, then click Submit.

Book in Control Tower 

1. Go to Control Tower from the menu bar.
2. In the Shipment Overview section, locate the specific shipment.
3. Click Purchase Additional Services under Action.
4. In the Extend Free Time section, enter your Booking Number, then click Search.
5. Choose whether you want to extend free time for Origin or Destination.
6. Select the number of days you want.
7. Review the charges shown in the summary, then click Submit.

Book in Shipment Overview 

1. Go to Control Tower from the menu bar.
2. In the Shipment Overview section, locate the specific shipment.
3. Click the booking number.
4. Select and click Purchase More.
5. Choose whether you want to extend free time for Origin or Destination.
6. Select the number of days you want.
7. Review the charges shown in the summary, then click Submit.
