Most E-Spot and E-Quote quotations offer options for the length of detention and demurrage free time, so you can build more buffer for delays and plan your warehouse operations with more flexibility.
Before you start
- You have selected a preferred quotation in Search Results, or
- You already have a submitted E-Spot or E-Quote order in My Quote & Book.
Check free time fees
- Find your E-Spot or E-Quote. You can:
- Go to Get Quote and search for a quotation, or
- Go to My Quote & Book to locate your existing order.
- Open the quotation or order details:
- On Search Results, click Details on the quotation card, or
- In My Quote & Book, click the Order/Ref No.
- Go to the Free Time Extension Options tab.
- Review the table to check the fees for different free time options, shown by location, charge type, and container type.
