Please note the following E-Spot cancellation fees changes effective from today.
- FreightSmart Users shall submit bookings within 24 hours from Order Confirmation time to secure rate and space. Orders without booking will be automatically cancelled by system after 24 hours; Cancellation fee will be waived;
- If FreightSmart Users cancel/partially cancel order on FreightSmart Platform within 24 hours from Order Confirmation time; Cancellation fee will be waived;
- Cancellation fee is applicable after 24 hours from Order Confirmation time;
- If FreightSmart Users cancel/partially cancel order on FreightSmart Platform no less than 21 days before the scheduled estimated time of departure (“ETD”), FreightSmart Users shall pay the Cancellation fee, subject to 80% discount;
- If FreightSmart Users cancel/partially cancel order on FreightSmart Platform no less than 7 days before the scheduled estimated time of departure (“ETD”), FreightSmart Users shall pay the Cancellation fee, subject to 50% discount;
- If FreightSmart Users cancel/partially cancel order on FreightSmart Platform less than 7 days before the scheduled estimated time of departure (“ETD”), or fail to deliver part or all of the order, FreightSmart Users shall pay the Cancellation fee in full;
Any abnormal activities, including but not limited to repeated orders and cancellation of the same product, scalping, unreasonably withholding space, etc, shall be discouraged.
FreightSmart reserves all rights to interpret and amend all Cancellation Fee waiver and discounts provisions without further notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of FreightSmart shall be final.
