You can follow your usual process to create an E-Spot order with a security deposit requirement in FreightSmart. You must authorise a hold on the required amount in your OOCL E-Wallet before your order is confirmed.

Create your E-Spot order with a security deposit
- Start creating your E-Spot order in FreightSmart as usual.
- When you proceed to create your order, FreightSmart will take you to Smart Invoice to authorise the deposit hold.
- Check that your OOCL E-Wallet has enough available balance to cover the deposit.
- Enter your OOCL E-Wallet payment password to authorise the hold.
- Once the hold is authorised, you will be directed to FreightSmart to review the order you created.
The required amount is frozen in your OOCL E-Wallet as a security deposit and will be released when the shipment is completed.
