FreightSmart automatically releases your E-Spot security deposit to your OOCL E-Wallet when the conditions below are met. You do not need to submit a release request.
- FreightSmart confirms that all containers in the order are loaded
- Your bill of lading (B/L) is ready
The released amount is returned to your OOCL E-Wallet and added to your available balance.
Check your available balance
- Sign in to FreightSmart and go to Control Tower.
- In Smart Invoice, select the Security Deposit Account tab.
- Check the Available Amount on your account card for your updated balance.
