Introducing the BETTER PlumSmart Loyalty Programme
From January 2024 onward, shipments are factored into the loyalty status using a new point system. Previously, the loyalty program solely acknowledged E-Spot volume. Now, all booking channels - E-Spot, E-Quote, Contract, Haulage Mode and Value Added Services - contribute towards your loyalty status. This broader coverage ensures that every aspect of your spendings with us is recognized and rewarded.

These Loyalty Points allow you to upgrade your membership status and access even more benefits.

All Bookings and Cargo Types

Whether you book through E-Spot, E-Quote, or Contract, loyalty points will be earned for all booking and container types, including General Cargo, Reefer, and Non-operating Reefer.

Haulage Mode

If any leg of the shipment involves a DOOR move, an extra loyalty point will be earned for each TEU.

Extra D&D

Earn an extra loyalty point for each TEU when you purchase Extra D&D for your booking on FreightSmart.

We understand that sometimes you require changes to your shipping plans. That’s why we introduce cancellation fee discounts for each member tier to mitigate your unexpected costs.

You will be charged: 

20% of the standard cancellation fee

The benefits may vary each quarter, subject to adjustments made by OOCL from time to time based on the available resources.

Discounts cannot be combined with other special offers.

Points earned from E-Spot bookings will be issued to the Booking Party, while points from E-Quote and Contract bookings will be credited to the Agreement Control Party.
In case of cancellation for any bookings, loyalty points for those bookings will be deducted and adjusted in your account.
