Control Tower in FreightSmart has long helped you stay on top of managing your bookings. Today we are pleased to announce a major upgrade that the FreightSmart Control Tower is becoming part of My OOCL Centre (MOC) Control Tower, giving you a simple view of managing your E-Spot and E-Quote quotations.
Key Changes:
- You will manage your E-Spot orders/bookings and E-Quote quotations in the new Control Tower
- A new interface offers clearer visibility and a unified look of your quotations, bookings and shipments
- Your existing FreightSmart bookings and quotation workflows remain unchanged
A Unified OOCL Experience
From now on, you can view and manage all your E-Spot and E-Quote in a consolidated list, giving you a clearer and smoother user experience and advantages:
Dashboard Overview
My OOCL Centre Dashboard provides a quick overview of all your OOCL shipment activities, along with timely alerts for FreightSmart actions such as:
- Bookings to be submitted
- Coupons available
- Pending cancellation fees
- Pending order payments
Shipment Overview
The new Shipment Overview brings together all your OOCL shipments in a consolidated view. Whether your shipment is booked via FreightSmart or My OOCL Centre, you can:
- View your shipments in a single table
- Check status and options for FreightSmart’s additional services
- Sort and filter shipments
My Quotations
Your FreightSmart quotations, including E-Spot and Secure E-Quotes, now appear in one tab.
- View all past and current FreightSmart quotations
- Submit pending bookings
- Take further actions such as order adjustments or rebooking
While your data and action links have been moved to the new Control Tower, please be assured that there are no changes to your current bookings/orders, booking flow or business terms.
