In Search Results, you may see both E-Quote and E-Spot options for the same route. You can learn more about the difference between E-Spot and E-Quote.

The E-Quote options require you to lock in the rate first before you can submit a booking. When you do this, your ocean freight rate and surcharges are confirmed and “secured” at that time. This is called a Secured E-Quote. If you do not require secured E-Quote rates, you can submit a booking directly in My Quote & Book without creating a Secured E-Quote first.

Create a Secured E-Quote quotation

1. On the Search Results page, find the E-Quote section.
2. Choose a preferred quotation option. If Smart Combo bundles are available, select one.
3. Click Details to review the quotation, then click Select to proceed.
4. On the Customise Your E-Quote page, review and confirm the quotation details. If available, you can change your preferred Smart Combo bundle or length of free time here.
5. Review the Terms and Conditions, then click Agree and Secure My E-Quote.
6. Go to My Quote & Book to submit an E-Quote booking using your secured rates.
