To get an E-Spot quote for a Non-Operating Reefer (NOR) container, FreightSmart will redirect you to the legacy quoting interface while your search details will be carried over automatically.
Before you start
- Prepare your route, preferred departure date, and container quantity.
- Note that NOR E-Spot quotations are currently shown in the legacy interface.
Get a quote for non-operating reefer containers
- Go to Get Quote and enter origin, destination, departure date, and container type/quantity.
- On the Search Results page, find the yellow banner and click here to search for Non-Operating (NOR) containers. FreightSmart will open the legacy quoting page with your criteria pre-filled.
- Review the available quotations and proceed to create an E-Spot order. Then submit bookings as usual.
After you have created an order, go to My Quote & Book to view your submitted E-Spot order. Learn how to check the status of your submitted E-Spot orders.
