After you submit a free time extension request, you can review your submitted records in FreightSmart at any time.
Before you start
- You have submitted at least one free time extension request for a booking.
Check free time extension records
- From the top menu, go to Additional Service.
- Open Free Time Extension Records.
- Optional: use any of the filters to narrow down the results:
- Booking No.
- Status
- Application Date range
- Click Search.
- Review the record list, including the details and application status.
