When you book with FreightSmart, you can choose a Smart Combo to enjoy bundled discounts and a more integrated shipment.
To book with Smart Combo
- Smart Combo is subject to your route, sailing, and service availability.
- Additional Services and free time extension cannot be individually cancelled as they are part of the combo.
Check Smart Combo options in Search Results
- On the Search Results page, find the Smart Combo labels shown on each quotation (if available).
- Compare the options and any Smart Combo discount notes (for example, “Save up to …”).
- Click Detail on your preferred quotation to review the full Smart Combo offers and continue to booking.
Select or change Smart Combo in quotation details
- In Create E-Spot Order, find the Select Smart Combo Offer section.
- Click a Smart Combo you want to apply. (You can switch to a different Smart Combo here if multiple options are available.)
- Check the Summary panel and confirm the updated ocean freight rate after your selection.
- Continue your booking and click Place Order when you are ready.
| After the E-Spot order is created or the E-Quote booking is submitted, you cannot cancel the Additional Services or extra free time separately. If you need to cancel your selections, you must cancel the entire order or booking and place a new one (if available). E-Spot order cancellation charges may apply. |
