From 2 November 2026, FreightSmart users will gradually find all available E-Quote and E-Spot options in the search results. The floating-rate E-Quote quotation, previously found through My Quote & Book, will now appear as Standard Service E-Quote. The update helps you compare all available FreightSmart E-Quote and E-Spot quotation options before booking.
Compare quotations in one search
You can compare Standard Service and Smart Combo options for E-Quote and E-Spot.

Free Time Extension is not available for Standard Service E-Quote shipments to or from the US. Additional services and Smart Combo are subject to route and service availability.
Quote and book with E-Quote
- Sign in to FreightSmart.
- Enter your shipping requirements and search for available quotations.
- Select an E-Quote, review the latest quotation details, then select Save this E-Quote or Create Secured E-Quote
- When you are ready to book, retrieve your E-Quote in My Quote & Book.
- Select Submit Booking from the action menu.
View your saved E-Quote quotations
In My Quote & Book, you can view a list of your saved standard service E-Quote quotations and created Smart Combo E-Quote quotations alongside your E-Spot orders.
