New users can explore FreightSmart for seven days before completing business verification. During the trial period, you can browse the platform, search for E-Spot ocean freight rates, view recommendations and familiarise yourself with the FreightSmart booking journey.
Start your trial
- Sign in to FreightSmart.
- When you are directed to the business verification process, select Use Trial Account.
- You will be taken to the main FreightSmart interface, where you can immediately start exploring the platform.
The business verification process will appear each time you sign in until your verification is complete. You can select Use Trial Account whenever you sign in during the seven-day trial period.
Features unavailable during the trial
The following features are not available during the trial period:
- E-Spot booking actions
- E-Quote freight rates
- Additional Services requests
To unlock all FreightSmart features, complete your business verification when you sign in.
| If you do not complete business verification within seven days of creating your account, your account will be frozen. A frozen account cannot access any FreightSmart features, including freight rate searches. Complete your verification within the trial period to avoid any interruption. |
