Your FreightSmart Company ID (FSID) is a unique 11-digit number assigned to your verified company. You may need it when contacting our customer service team or using other OOCL services.

All user accounts linked to the same company share the same FSID.

Find your FSID

1. Sign in to FreightSmart.
2. On any page, move the pointer over your username at the top of the page.
3. In the account card that appears, look for the 11-digit number beside the tower icon. This is your FSID.
