You can withdraw money from your E-Wallet to your registered receiving bank account.

How to withdraw

1. Sign in to FreightSmart and go to Control Tower.
2. In Smart Invoice, select the Security Deposit Account tab, then select Withdraw.
3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw in Chinese yuan (CNY).
4. Check the account details, charges and payment details.
5. Select Confirm to submit your withdrawal request.
6. The amount you request to withdraw will be frozen until your request is approved and processed. 

When the money reaches your bank account depends on the bank’s processing time.

Withdrawl fee

The bank charges 0.6% of the amount you withdraw for each request. The minimum fee is CNY 25 and the maximum fee is CNY 200.
