You must use OOCL E-Wallet when both of the following apply:
- Your company is registered in mainland China
- You are creating an E-Spot order that may incur a cancellation fee
This applies regardless of your shipment’s origin or destination.
How to get an OOCL E-Wallet
You get an OOCL E-Wallet automatically when you register a FreightSmart account for a company registered in mainland China. You do not need to apply separately.
