Cancellation fees may apply when you fully or partially cancel an E-Spot order. The amount payable depends on when the cancellation is submitted in relation to the scheduled estimated time of departure (“ETD”) at the time of creating the order.

Cancellation Fee and Discount

After the applicable free cancellation period, the following cancellation fee and discount will apply:

Order Cancellation Time	Cancellation Fee Payable
21 days or more before ETD	20% of cancellation fee
At least 7 but fewer than 21 days before ETD	50% of cancellation fee
Fewer than 7 days before ETD, or failure to deliver cargo	Full cancellation fee

The same fee arrangement applies when you cancel only part of an order. The applicable discount is determined by the time between when the order is cancelled and the scheduled ETD shown on the quotation. The calculation is based on UTC.

PlumSmart Cancellation Discount

Additional discount may be applied to the cancellation fee already calculated according to your PlumSmart membership level:
