You can use a promo code to enjoy discounts when placing an E-Spot booking on FreightSmart. Promo codes must be valid and redeemed before they can be applied.
用一句话解释标题的动作可以最终达成什么，让客户确认自己没有去错地方。
Before you begin
- Your promo code has already been redeemed under My Coupons.
- The promo code is valid for E-Spot bookings and has not expired.
这里像检查清单，列出客户开始这个流程前先要达成什么（账户要求？订单状态？收到什么文件后？），避免用户界面和预期不一致，原来是没有达成什么前设。例如套用优惠券时，优惠卡包内先要有可用的优惠券。
Apply a promo code during E-Spot booking
- Create your E-Spot order as usual by selecting your preferred quotation.
- On the Details & Payment Methods page, find the Promo Code section.
If the section is collapsed by default, click its title bar to expand it. - From the list of available promo codes, select one that applies to your order.
- Click Apply.
这里以一个页面一个列点的方式解释如何完成操作，一般由主画面开始引导（除非上部分写明去到某个页面），直到完成动作为止。用简单词语表达动作，如 Click、Find、Confirm，避免把画面原有文字一字不漏抄到步骤里。
The discount will appear in the Charges Summary immediately. If the promo code isn’t appliacble to your selected service or has expired, it won’t appear in the list.

Can’t find your Promo Code?
- Make sure the code is valid for the particular route, service, trade lane or sailing schedule.
- Confirm the code isn’t expired or been used up under My Coupons.
疑难排解部分列出客户常犯错误原因，例如是否忘记勾选了什么，或是提示需要客服处理。
其他问题类型
