After you create an E-Spot order, you can use the reserved space to submit your shipping booking in FreightSmart.
Before you start
- You have created an E-Spot order.
- You have your shipping details ready. Refer to the checklist below:

Submit an E-Spot booking
- Find your E-Spot order. You can:
- Click Book Now if you have just created the order.
- Go to My Quote & Book and find orders with the status Ready for Booking.
- Click Submit Booking in Actions ( … ) to open the booking form.
- Follow the screen and complete the booking details.
- Review all information carefully.
- Click Submit Booking.
Once your booking is submitted successfully, a booking number will be generated for your new booking. You can go to My Quote & Book to check the newly created booking and keep following the shipment status. The booking number will also appear under the related E-Spot order record.

| E-Spot orders are time-sensitive. If you do not submit your booking within the required period shown for the order, the reserved space may be cancelled automatically. |
You may submit only part of the reserved space in an E-Spot order. However, any remaining, unsubmitted space will not be automatically cancelled after the 24-hour cancellation period, and cancellation fees may apply, subject to the terms of the E-Spot quotation. |
