You can manage all your E-Quote quotations in My Quote & Book, including quotations that are ready for booking and Secured E-Quotes you have created earlier. You can submit bookings and perform other actions from this page.
If you are new to E-Quote, learn how it differs from E-Spot.
Before you start
- If your quotation is a Secured E-Quote, check that it is still within the quotation validity period.
Where to find E-Quote quotations
- From the top menu, go to My Quote & Book.
- Stay on the My Quote & Book tab to manage your quotations.
- (Optional) Use the search fields at the top of the page to narrow down results. Click Search My Quotations to refresh the list.
- To clear all filters, click Reset.
- Under Recent Quotations, you will see a list of your quotations. All E-Quote quotations that are available for booking will be shown on this page.
Actions you can perform
In the quotation list, click the Actions icon ( … ) to view available options. Depending on the quotation type and status, you may see one or more of the following:
- Submit Booking: Proceed to submit a booking using this quotation.
- View Details: Review quotation details, including your selected additional services and charges.
- Download PDF: Download a PDF copy.
- Quote Again: Create a new secured E-Quote quotation for the same route and criteria (if available).
Submit a booking from an E-Quote quotation
- Find the quotation you want to use.
- Click … under Actions, then click Submit Booking.
- Follow the on-screen steps to select a sailing (if required) and complete booking details.
