After you create an E-Spot order, you can track its order status in My Quote & Book. This helps you know the status of the reserved shipping spaces, prepayment, and other details.
Before you start
- You have created an order in FreightSmart search.
Check the status of an E-Spot order.
- Go to My Quote & Book.
- In Recent Quotations, locate your E-Spot order:
- To find a specific order, use the search bar and enter the Order Number (you can enter multiple numbers separated by commas).
- Alternatively, enter Origin and Destination to see all results of that route.
- To view all recent orders, browse the list directly.
- Check the Order Status column for the latest status.
- (Optional) Filter by status to narrow down the list:
- Click the filter icon next to Order Status.
- Select the statuses you want to view, then click OK.
- Click Reset to clear the filter.
The Order Number is your E-Spot order number, while the Booking Number is generated after you submit a booking using the reserved space from that order. On this page, you can always review your order number and check the bookings submitted under that order.
Understand order-related statuses
| Status | What it means |
| Ready for booking | The order has just been submitted. The reserved space is available for you to submit bookings. |
| Partially booked | Some space in this order has already been submitted to booking, and there is remaining space pending to submit. |
| Fully booked | All spaces in this order have been submitted to booking. |
| Cancelled | The order has been cancelled. |
Understand payment-related statuses
Some orders require you to settle an online and/or offline prepayment before you can submit a booking. You can check this in the payment columns. If you couldn’t find it, try customising viewing columns.
| Status | What it means |
| Pending payment | You’ll need to complete the required payment before submitting a booking. |
| Partially paid | Part of the required payment has been settled. The remaining balance will be shown in the unpaid amount column. |
| Fully paid | The required payment has been fully settled. |
