Use an E-Quote quotation in FreightSmart to submit a booking request, then complete the booking in My OOCL Centre.

Before you start

• Get a new quotation from Get Quote, or proceed with an existing quotation when submitting your booking.
• Have your shipment details ready.

Book with an E-Quote

1. From the top menu, go to My Quote & Book.
2. Enter your search criteria:
   • Origin and Destination
   • Valid From
   • Cargo Nature
   Then click Search My Quotations.
3. In Recent Quotations, find a valid E-Quote quotation.
4. Click … under Actions, then select Submit Booking.
5. Follow the steps My OOCL Centre to complete the booking.

Once your E-Quote booking request is submitted, you can review its status in My OOCL Centre and proceed with the shipment process
