When you book an E-Spot order in FreightSmart, you can select optional Additional Services to support your shipment.
Before you start
- Check your Smart Combo first. If the service is already included in the Smart Combo you selected, you cannot add it again.
- Additional Services (except E-Customs Solution) are a one-time selection. They must be chosen during E-Spot order creation.
Select Additional Services when booking an E-Spot order
- In Search Results, select an E-Spot quotation and click Detail.
- Review the quotation and click Select to start creating the order.
- Scroll to the Additional Services section on the Create E-Spot Order page.
- For each available service you want, click Add.
- Review the Terms and Conditions and pricing, provide any required information, then click Add to confirm.
- Check the Summary panel to confirm your updated freight quote.
- Click Create Order to create your E-Spot order.
Available Additional Services
Depending on your route, origin and destination ports, and inventory availability, you may see options such as:
- Export Customs Solution
- Import Customs Solution
- Concierge Service
- Container Re-Use
- OOCL Green
- Delay in Transit

| Additional Services (except E-Customs Solution) must be selected during order creation. After the E-Spot order is created, you cannot add or cancel Additional Services separately. If you need to change your selections, you must cancel the entire E-Spot order and place a new one (if available). E-Spot order cancellation charges may apply. |
