Quotations and orders that you have created, saved and secured will be shown in My Quote & Book. You can view them or take the next actions here.
Find your quotations
- Sign in to FreightSmart.
- Select My Quote & Book on the menu bar.
- You can see a list of your quotations and orders.
- Take the next available actions using the options in the action menu ( … ).
Choose an action
Open the action menu ( … ) next to your quotation or order record. You will see actions that apply to your record type, including:
| Action | What it does |
| View Details | Review the detailed route, rate, surcharges, free time and quotation terms |
| Download PDF | Save a copy of the secured quotation terms |
| Submit Booking | Start a booking using this E-Quote quotation or E-Spot order |
| Quote Again | Get a new quote using the same route |
| Adjust/cancel Order | Change or cancel an eligible confirmed E-Spot order, subject to availability and fees |
