You can top up your OOCL E-Wallet through online or offline banking. Use your balance to pay E-Spot deposits, OOCL invoices or charges for other OOCL services.
Start a top-up
- Sign in to FreightSmart and go to Control Tower.
- In Smart Invoice, select the Smart Invoice tab, then select Top Up.
Top up through online banking
- Select Online Top-Up.
- Enter the amount you want to add in Chinese yuan (CNY). The minimum amount is CNY 1,000.
- Select your bank from the list of supported banks. You will be taken to your bank’s payment portal.
- Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
Top up through offline banking
- Select Offline Top-Up.
- Check and select the correct receiving account number.
- Complete the bank transfer and upload a photo of your proof of payment.
- Enter the details shown on your proof of payment, or allow FreightSmart to capture them automatically.
- Select Submit Top-up Application.
Check your balance
When your top-up is complete:
- Go to the Security Deposit Account tab.
- Check the Available Amount on your account card for your updated balance.
| You must make payments from a bank account registered in your certified company name, as recorded with OOCL. We do not accept top-ups from personal accounts or accounts with a different name. |
