You can change the container types and quantities in a confirmed E-Spot order. You can add or remove a container type, increase or reduce the quantity of a type, or cancel the entire order. Reducing or removing containers is subject to the applicable cancellation terms and may incur a cancellation fee.

Adjust or cancel an E-Spot order

1. Go to My Quote & Book and locate the confirmed E-Spot order you want to change.
2. From the Action menu (  ), select Adjust/Cancel Order.
3. Update the container types and quantities to match your needs:
   • Increase or reduce the quantity across all available container types.
   • Cancel the entire order by setting all container quantities to 0. 
4. Review the revised container types, quantities and total TEU, along with any cancellation fees shown.
5. Confirm and submit your change.

Return to My Quote & Book to check the updated order status, container types and quantities.

Conditions to increase container type or quantity

You cannot book an extra container type or quantity if:

• The corresponding E-Spot quotation is no longer available. 
• The order is from a promotional quotation.
• A coupon has been applied to the order. 
• A refund has been issued for the order. 
• Ad hoc surcharges have been applied to the order.
