Company verification allows you to submit E-Spot and E-Quote bookings. Before your company is verified, you can view freight rates during a seven-day trial period , but you cannot submit bookings.
Before you begin
Have the following information and documents ready:
- Your company registration document, if required in your country or region. Document requirements and names may vary.
- Contact details for your company representative.
Submit your company for verification
- Sign in to FreightSmart.
- If your company has not yet been verified, you will be directed to the company verification process.
- Select Verify Your Company.
- Enter your company details and the contact details of your company representative.
- Upload your company registration document, if required.
- Review the information provided, then select Submit.
FreightSmart will review your application. The review is usually completed within two working days. You will receive an email once the verification result is available.
A company only needs to be verified once. If your company has already been verified, learn how to link your account to a verified company.
