Verifying your company allows you to submit E-Spot and E-Quote bookings. Without verification, new accounts can browse freight rates for 7 days as a trial period .
Preparations
Have the following ready before you begin:
- A copy of your business registration document (required in certain countries/regions only; document names may vary)
- Business representative contact details
Verify your company
- Sign in to FreightSmart.
- Once signed in, you will be redirected to the business verification process.
- Select Verify Your Company.
- Fill in your company and business representative details.
- Upload your business registration documents where required.
- Review your submission, then select Submit.
After submission, FreightSmart will review your application and usually complete within 2 working days. You will receive an email notification of the verification result.
