FreightSmart welcomes new users to explore the platform before completing business verification. With a trial account, you can browse the interface and search for ocean freight rates — giving you a feel of FreightSmart before your account is fully activated.
Before you start
- You must have registered a FreightSmart account.
- Business verification does not need to be completed to start the trial.
Start your trial
- Sign in to FreightSmart.
- When the business verification prompt appears, click Use Trial Account.
- You will be redirected to the main FreightSmart interface. Your trial has started.
The business verification prompt appears each time you sign in until your verification is complete. You can click Skip as many times as needed during your trial.
What you can do with a trial account
- Search for ocean freight rates
- Browse the FreightSmart interface
What is not available during the trial
The following features require a verified account and are not accessible during the trial period:
- All E-Spot and E-Quote booking-related actions
- Book with Additional Services
Complete business verification
To activate your FreightSmart account, complete your business verification at any time during or after your trial.
- Click the user icon ( ) at the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Account Settings from the menu.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your company details.
Our usual verification process takes two working days. You will receive a notification once your account has been verified.
| Your account will be frozen if business verification is not completed within seven days. A frozen account cannot access any FreightSmart features, including rate searches. Complete your verification as soon as possible to avoid interruption. |
