E-Spot offers most bookings a free cancellation period while reserving your shipping space to maximise your flexibility and stability. The following FreightSmart E-Spot 24-Hour Free Cancellation Policy is effective for E-Spot orders created on or after 29 June 2026 at 00:00 (UTC+8).

24-Hour Free Cancellation Eligibility

The free cancellation period will apply to E-Spot orders that are created 14 days (determined by UTC+0 time) or before the estimated time of departure (ETD) date shown on the quotation. Cancellation fees for eligible orders will be waived when customers fully or partially cancel the order within 24 hours of order creation.

E-Spot orders created less than 14 days before the ETD will not be eligible for the 24-hour free cancellation period.

Fair Use Policy

OOCL discourages behaviours that may affect fair access, including repeated order creation and cancellation, scalping, or unreasonably withholding space. We reserves all rights to review order and cancellation activities, and to interpret, amend, or update the E-Spot free cancellation and cancellation fee policy. In case of any dispute, OOCL’s decision shall be final.
