Verifying your company unlocks full access to FreightSmart, allowing you to submit E-Spot and E-Quote bookings. Without verification, new accounts can browse freight rates for 7 days as a trial period.

Before you start

Have the following ready before you begin:

• A copy of your Business Registration document (required in certain countries/regions only; document names may vary)
• Company and business representative contact details

Verify your company

1. Sign in to FreightSmart. The verification prompt appears automatically upon your first sign-in.
2. Select Verify Your Company when prompted.
3. Fill in your company and business representative information as instructed.
4. Upload your Business Registration document and supporting docuements where required.
5. Review your submission, then click Submit.

After submission, you will see the status Verification Processing on your account. Our team will review your application and typically respond within 2 working days. You will be notified once the review is complete.

After verification

Once your company is Verified, you can submit E-Spot and E-Quote bookings on FreightSmart. If your application is unsuccessful, your account will show Verification Failed and you will be notified with further instructions.
