FreightSmart WeChat Mini Programme User Guide

1. Launch WeChat and search “OOCL FreightSmart” or scan the below mini program QR code to access the FreightSmart Mini Programme.

   
    

2. Once in the Mini Programme, log in using your OOCL account. The FreightSmart Mini Programme and FreightSmart website can be logged in simultaneously, and the mini programme will retain your login status for up to 14 days.

   
    

3. After signing in, you can subscribe to system, account, and promotional push notifications. When notification conditions are triggered, you will receive push notifications as a WeChat message in real-time.
