Subject to the applicable cancellation terms and any cancellation fees that may incur, you can reduce the booking quantity of a confirmed E-Spot order or cancel the entire order.

Cancel or adjust an E-Spot order

1. Go to My Quote & Book and locate the confirmed E-Spot order you want to change.
2. From the Action menu (  ), select Adjust/Cancel Order.
3. Update the order quantity in TEU:
   • Enter a lower quantity to reduce the order.
   • Enter 0 to cancel the entire order.
4. Review the cancellation or adjustment terms and any fees that will be incurred.
5. Confirm and submit your adjustment or cancellation request.

After submitting your request, return to My Quote & Book to review the updated  E-Spot order status and order quantity.
