What To Expect

Broader Coverage: Your Rewards, Expanded
Previously, the loyalty program solely acknowledged E-Spot volume. Now, we are excited to inform you that ALL booking channels—E-Spot, E-Quote, Contract, Haulage Mode and Value Added Services—contribute towards your loyalty status. This broader coverage ensures that every aspect of your spendings with us is recognized and rewarded:

  • Booking Channel and Cargo Type - Earn one point for each TEU, regardless of the booking channel or cargo type;
  • Haulage Mode - Shipments with door move(s) receive an extra point for each TEU;
  • Value-added Service - and purchasing Extra D&D for FreightSmart shipments adds another point for each TEU.

Transition and Timeline

The revamp of loyalty program will be rolled out over the next few weeks, with a full transition expected to be completed by end of Q1 2024, timeline below has outlined the major events everyone should be awarded. During this time, you may notice a special arrangement that will be implemented for the transition from current to new scheme.

 


 

In the current process, data takes several weeks to stabilize after the end of a quarter, resulting in a delay in updating loyalty statuses. To address this, we are improving the process by implementing a new logic that streamlines data processing, allowing for more efficient update of loyalty statuses. As part of the initiative, we propose advancing the cut-off date for the loyalty status effective period for Q4 2023 by one month. This change will facilitate a smoother transion and mitigate the latency issue.
