Ｅ清关服务条款及细则

印度尼西亚雅加达、泗水、三宝垄、勿拉湾适用

1. The Custom House Brokerage (“CHB”) service offered by OOCL Logistics is only applicable to general trade.  

2. The quotation for CHB business is per document and subject to Export handling charges of IDR 300,000 per container for Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, and IDR 850,000 per container for Belawan or Import handling charges of IDR 400,000 per container for Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, and IDR 850,000 per container for Belawan. The quotation is subject to 12% VAT and up to 10 commodity names. Extra charges are applied to each additional page.

3. Commodities such as, but not limited to, fresh foods, live animals, waste, and charcoal are not supported. 

4. Mandatory documents required for providing customs services in Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang and Belawan are as follows: 

   1. Basic Documents for General Cargo: 

      • Company legal documents
      • Bill of Lading
      • Commercial Invoice
      • Packing List
      • Certificate of Origin (if any)

      • Certificate of Analysis (if any)

   2. Other documents, if required by Customs:  
      • Purchase Order 
      • Sales Contract 
      • Sales Quotation of Import Commodity 
      • Payment Proof 

      • Import Document Restriction (Import Approval (“PI”), Survey Report (“LS”), Import Certificate (“SKI”))

5. Only after receiving and verifying the commodity, business information and the above-listed documents can OOCL Logistics confirm and arrange the CHB service.

6. For Export CHB, please make the booking request at least two working days before the stuffing date. Necessary documentation must be submitted unsolicited. Otherwise, the CHB service cannot be guaranteed.

7. For Export CHB, OOCL Logistics would handle all customs clearance within the terminal closing date. Customers must advise OOCL Logistics if they need their customs cleared before the terminal closing date.

8. For Import CHB, customs duties, value-added tax and other taxes shall be paid by the customer directly to customs. 

9. OOCL Logistics reserves the right to dismiss any customs clearance order for any cause, including but not limited to the buyer being in payment default, documents missing for due and proper customs declaration and goods being described inadequately.

10. The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred from the delay beyond OOCL Logistics’ control (e.g., an act of God or strike); the same applies but is not limited to awaiting mandatory documents, payment, customs hold, Port Authority holds, and vessel delays.

Export CHB Surcharge List

1. Additional HS Code pages: IDR 50,000 per additional page.

2. Carrier Charges: as actual cost.

3. Depot Charges (Lift Off): as actual cost.

4. Port Charges Basic Tariff: IDR 42,500 per 20GP and IDR 85,000 per 40GP and 40HQ, plus an administration fee of IDR 180,000 per container.

   1. Day 1 to Day 5: 1x of Basic Tariff only.
   2. Day 6 to Day 10: 2x of Basic Tariff per day.

   3. Day 11 and onward: 3x Basic Tariff per day.

5. Lift On Port: IDR 285,500 per 20GP and IDR 428,250 per 40GP and 40HQ. 

6. All charges are subject to 12% VAT. 

Import CHB Surcharge List

1. Additional HS Code pages: IDR 50,000 per additional page.

2. Physical inspection for customs clearance under red lane status, if applicable:

   1. IDR 1,300,000 per 20GP, IDR 1,500,000 per 40GP and 40HQ.

   2. Cost at Port: as per the outlay for charges that occur at the port.

3. Carrier Charges: as actual cost. 

4. Depot Charges (Lift Off): as actual cost. 

5. Port Charges Basic Tariff: IDR 42,500 per 20GP and IDR 85,000 per 40GP and 40HQ, plus an administration fee of IDR 60,000 per container. 

   1. Day 1: Free of charge. 
   2. Day 2: 3x of Basic Tariff i.e. IDR 127,500 per 20GP and IDR 255,000 per 40GP and 40HQ.

   3. Day 3 and onward: 6x of Basic Tariff i.e. IDR 255,000 per 20GP and IDR 510,000 per 40GP and 40HQ per day.

6. Lift On Port: IDR 285,500 per 20GP and IDR 428,250 per 40GP and 40HQ. 

7. All charges are subject to 12% VAT.
